1. In order to purchase goods in the online store, the company will send an order confirmation at your shopping confirmation.
  Please print this confirmation form and keep it until the goods are received.
2. Our customer service specialist will email or call you to confirm your order, arrange payment and make an appointment for delivery time.
3. Delivery can usually be arranged within 7 working days after the order is placed.
- For  islands and overseas delivery customers need to pay the freight.
- Frozen food does not have delivery.
- All orders will be subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If the product cannot be provided, the company has the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any product on your order, we will notify you by telephone before arranging delivery. In the event of any disputes, Health Aims reserves the right of final decision.
 Terms and Conditions:
- In order to protect the rights of consumers, please keep the original of the invoice. The original of the voucher can only be exchanged once within 7 days*.
(*Special, frozen food, opened, except for damaged goods and personal care products)
- Reservations must be withdrawn within 7 days of arrival. Goods that are not overdue will be destroyed without notice.
- If you order product that out of stock, you need to accept the risk, such as supply problems or discontinue production. The company will make a refund within 7 days after notifying the guest and will not assume any other responsibility.
